摘　　要：根据交流负载的特点,研究了交流负载情况下继电器时间参数和电特性参数的测量方法,并开发了相应的可靠性寿命试验系统。试验结果表明,继电器可靠性寿命试验系统能够实时监测寿命试验中继电器的特性参数及其变化趋势,为交流继电器的优化设计提供数据支持。According to the characteristics of AC load, this paper studied the relay time parameters and electrical parameters measurement method under AC load cases, and developed the corresponding reliability life test system. The reliability life test system of AC electromagnetic relay can monitor the parameters in real-time and analyze the trends,which provides the data support for the optimization design of AC relays.
