摘　　要：介绍了第四代塑壳断路器内部嵌入的可双向通信的智能模块。该模块由低功耗高性能的MCU、具有隔离功能的通信芯片、信号采集电流互感器、人机接口电路等组成。分别介绍了各控制器的系统构成,硬件设施软件实现。该控制器除实现了基本的特性保护,还可以与多种开放式先进现场总线连接,配合控制系统向网络化发展。This paper introduced an intelligent module used for bidirectional connunication which is embedded in the inside of fourth generation MCCB. This module consists of low power consumption and high performance MCU, the commnuication chip with isolation function, current transformer for signal collection and the man-machine interface circuit ect. The paper respectively introduced the system constitution of each controller, hardware and software. Besides the implementation of basic protective features, the controller can also connect the different open advanced fieldbus for the development to networking with control system.
