摘 要:针对中高压无功补偿电容器投切过程中的暂态过电压和涌流,提出一种基于功率二极管与电机操动机构的机械开关并联组成的混合式中高压开关。分析了混合式中高压开关的基本结构和工作原理,以及功率二极管和机械开关之间的电流转移机理。最后,建立暂态模型,仿真比较了传统真空开关和混合式中高压开关投切不同连接方式的电容器组时的暂态过电压和合闸涌流。仿真结果表明,混合式中高压开关能有效减少电容器投切时产生的暂态过电压和合闸涌流,从而验证了有效性。A novel medium voltage switch which is composed of power-diode and mechanical switch of motor actuator in parallel connection was presented utilizing diodes for interruption and making. It is used to reduce overvoltage and inrush current during switching capacitor in middle-high voltage reactive power compensation. This paper analyzed the basic structure of hybrid middle-high voltage switch and its operating principle. The load current transfer mechanism between power-diode and mechanical switch was also analyzed during hybrid middle-high voltage switch switching capacitor. The transient model was built and the simulation compared the transient over-voltage and inrush current of switching capacitor in different connections with traditional vacuum switch and hybrid middle-high voltage switch. The simulation test results show that the hybrid middle-high voltage switch can effectively reduce over-voltage, inrush current and overcome reignition by the current of capacitor switched at the time of crossing zero point. Then,it verifies the effectiveness of hybrid middle-igh voltage switch.
