摘  要:针对孙村选煤厂粗中煤泥里>0.18 mm粒级产率达到61.86%,累计灰分为26.15%,含有大量精煤的实际情况,该厂通过采用三锥角水介旋流器对粗中煤泥进行分选,不仅完善了分选工艺,并且解决了孙村选煤厂生产实际问题,提高了经济效益。改造完成后,选煤厂精煤产率提高了0.51个百分点,每年可增加销售收入346.5万元。The yield and total ash content of middlings coarse coal slime,+ 0. 18 mm,are 61. 86% and26. 15% respectively according to screening float- and- sink test of these slime in Suncun coal preparation plant,which show that plenty of clean coal included in these slime need to be collected. Not only is separation technology improved,but the problems of actual production are solved by using three taper angles hydrocyclone,new equipment separating coarse coal slime,to separate middlings coarse coal slime as well as combining with heavy medium flotation technology. The clean coal yield are improved by0. 51% at the same time sales revenues are increased by 3. 465 million each year after modification.
