摘　　要：分析了3GHMC1500/1100型无压给料三产品重介质旋流器分选潘一选煤厂极难选煤分选产物的粒度组成和密度组成,通过对其工艺效果进行评定,得出该旋流器的分选工艺指标:一、二段的可能偏差值分别为0.020、0.029 kg/L;总错配物量分别为5.15%、1.27%;灰分误差和数量效率分别为0.42%、93.20%。The raw coal with extremely difficult washability is separated by 3GHMC1500 /1100 gravity-fed three- product heavy medium cyclone in panyi coal preparation plant and particle size and density distribution of products is analyzed. By evaluating its process,it is concluded about technology index of cyclone that imperfection of first stage of cyclone is 0. 020 kg / L and total misplaced material is 5. 15%,as for second stage,imperfection is 0. 029 kg / L and total misplaced material is 1. 27%; ash error and organic efficiency is 0. 42% and 93. 20% respectively.
