摘　　要：针对原煤煤质脆、易破碎和溜槽转载点落差大、角度大等问题,为防止块煤破碎、降低块煤限下率,宁东洗煤厂羊场湾二分厂采取了设置缓冲台,降低转载落差,合理布置块末煤入仓,铺设缓冲垫和控制仓位等一系列技术措施和管理措施,从而提高了块煤产率,降低了块煤限下率,取得了良好的经济效益。To prevent lump coal breaking and lower undersize fraction content,a series of effective measures,such as setting buffer platform,reducing height difference of loading point,putting in storage reasonable and laying buffer cushion etc,were taken based on the brittle and breakable coal,high height difference and big angle of loading point between the chutes in Yangchangwan second branch of Ningdong coal preparation plant. The results show that yield of lump coal is increased and undersize fraction content is reduced.
