摘 要:建立了一种同时测定四季柚果汁中柚皮苷、橙皮苷、新橙皮苷3种黄烷酮类化合物含量的高效液相色谱分析方法。该方法采用高效液相色谱仪和安捷伦C18色谱柱,检测波长283 nm,柱温40℃,以水-甲醇-乙酸体积比56∶40∶4为流动相进行等度洗脱,流速1.0 m L/min。柚皮苷、橙皮苷、新橙皮苷黄烷酮类化合物在10min内均得到良好的分离,每种化合物峰面积与质量浓度之间具有较好的线性相关性,拟合线性回归方程R2≥0.999 3。该方法稳定性、精密度和重复性的相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于4.5%,平均加标回收率95%-103%。An method by using HPLC was established for the determination of naringin,hesperidin and neohesperidin in Siji Pummelo( Citrus grandis Osbeck). The separation of three compounds was accomplished on an Agilent C18column(( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm) by using water-methanol-ethanoic acid( 56∶ 40∶ 4) as mobile phase with isocratic elution at a flow rate of 1. 0 m L / min. The UV detection wavelength was 283 nm,and the column temperature was 40 ℃. The high resolution and reproducible peaks were achieved for three compounds in 10 min. All the calibration curves showed good linear correlation( R^2≥0. 999 3). The relative standard deviations of the method were less than 4. 5% for stability,precision and reproducibility analysis,and the spiked recoveries were in the range of 95%- 103%. This HPLC method could be used for the simultaneous determination of naringin,hesperidin and neohesperidin in Siji Pummelo.
