摘　　要：《舌尖上的中国(一)》是一部以美食为主题的纪录片。通过中华美食的很多侧面,呈现出食物给中国人生活带来的仪式、伦理等方面的文化。在这部充满了艺术美感的记录片中,经过导演独到的叙事方式,配合唯美的画面,创造性地根据表现的内容融入艺术语言精髓,营造出具有浓郁人文风格的美学意境。该记录片中语言的美感主要包括节奏美、跳跃美、情感美、雕刻美、意境美。The TV programme A Bite of China is a documentary with the theme of food. Chinese cuisine shows the cultures of rituals,ethics and other aspects that food brings to the Chinese people＇s life. It is full of artistic beauty of rhythm,emotion and mood owing to the director＇s unique narrative style of combining beautiful pictures and Chinese language to create a harmonious and humanistic aesthetic world.
