摘 要:作为电解电容器基本构成部件的电极引线,市场需求量日益增大,对其产品质量和生产速度也提出更高要求。焊接控制器是电容器引线生产过程中全自动电解电容器引线焊接机的重要组成部分,对其进行优化设计研究,提出基于微处理器控制的可精确调节焊接各阶段时间的解决方案,重点阐述控制器部分核心硬件结构与软件编程设计。Electrolytic capacitors are the basic electronic components in the design, the demand for them is increasing, and so is the requirement for their quality. Welding controller is an important part of the welding machine in the process of producing electrolytic capacitors. This paper discusses the improvement of welding controller, proposes the solutions for each stage of the precisely adjustable welding under the control of microprocessor, and illustrates the core hardware structure of controller as well as its software design.
