摘　　要：心智哲学视阈下的意向性理论为含义解读提供了一种新的路径:含义是一种意识活动,其特征之一是具有意向性。在意向性理论视野下,任何含义表达都是依据一定的意向态度对一定的物理事件进行的意向性解释;意向性的意向内容与意向态度这两个维度在含义的意向性解释中得到了统一。The concept of intentionality in Philosophy of Mind provides a new interpretive mechanism of implicature, that is, implicature, being a kind of conscious activity, is characterized by intentionality. Against this background, implicature, in essence, is a kind of interpretation of the speaker＇ s intentionality, with the process being developed by some physical event being depicted by what and how is targeted at by the speaker, called intentional content and intentional attitude respectively.There comes about a new mechanism of implicature interpretation against the background of Philosophy of Mind.
