摘　　要：回顾了20多年来"中人"研究的状况,综述了有关"中人"的内涵、"中人"的社会来源、"中人"的报酬等问题的研究成果,认为"中人"研究应该利用新资料,扩大研究视角,探究区域性特点。Based on the review of research on the role of guarantor in the past twenty years and the summary of the connotation, payment as well as its social baekground of guarantor, the author holds it is necessary to take advantages of new infcwmation in the research on the role of guarantor in signing contracts, change our perspective un the i＇eseareh and explore the regional features.
