某高速艇用柴油机涡流燃烧室节流通道的优化计算分析

摘  要:基于ECFM-3Z燃烧模型建立高速艇用涡流室柴油主机工作过程模型.在经过台架试验验证模型可靠性的基础上,详细分析了不同连接通道倾斜角下上止点前后5°CA时刻的燃烧室内流场的分布情况和上止点后15°CA时刻缸内的温度分布云图,以及由此得出的涡流燃烧室缸内燃烧过程的变化情况.结果表明:连接通道倾斜角度越大,涡流室内的能量损失越小;主燃室内的混合气速度越高,燃油与空气混合的越好.当倾斜角度由35°增大到45°时,缸内压力升高0.37 MPa,温度上升65 K且燃烧重心提前,NOx排放上升,碳烟排放下降,功率得到提高.综合考虑,选择45°连接通道倾斜角对高速艇用柴油主机最为有利.研究结果为涡流室柴油机在高速艇上的应用提供参考.A CFD model of working process of swirl chamber diesel engine in high speed craft was built with ECFM-3Z combustion model.The reliability of the simulation results has been verified by engine bench test;the distribution of in-cylinder flow field at 5°CA around the TDC and the in-cylinder temperature distribution at ATDC 15°CA under the different connection channel tilt angles, and the change of the in-cylinder combustion process in swirl chamber has been analyzed in detail.Simulation results show that, with the increase of connec-tion channel tilt angle, the energy loss of the swirl chamber is reduced.The higher the mixed gas speed of main combustion chamber is, the better the mixing of fuel and air.When the inclination angle is increased from 35°to 45°, the in-cylinder pressure increases by 0.37 MPa,temperature increases by 65 K,combustion center was ad-vanced, NOx emission is increased and SOOT emission reduced, so the power increased.Taking all factors into consideration, it is the most favorable for the diesel engine in high-speed craft to choose 45 °connection channel tilt angle 45 °.The results supply reference for the application of swirl chamber diesel engine in high-speed crafts.
