摘　　要：农民工创业艰难已是不争的事实,维吾尔族农民工回乡创业会面临哪些困难?文章在厘清内地返乡新疆维吾尔农民工创业的基本事实的基础上,主要从创业主体的综合素质、特征,创业环境以及创业教育培训三个方面探讨创业面临的主要困难,得出少数民族农民工整体上素质较低,市场竞争意识淡薄,农村基础设施薄弱,政策、资金扶持力度弱,创业培训针对性不强等是新疆维吾尔族农民工创业面临的主要问题。The difficulty for Migrant workers to start their own business is an indisputable fact, the Uygur migrant workers returning home for business will face the difficulties？ Basing on investigating the facts of Xinjiang Uygur migrant workers returning from mainland, the article studies the difficulties to start their own business mainly from three aspects： the comprehensive quality, characteristics of entrepreneurs, entrepreneurial environment and entrepreneurial education. This article？ holds？ that ethnic minority migrant workers overall quality is low, their market competition consciousness is weak, the rural infrastructure underdeveloped, policy to fund them is much less, entrepreneurship training lacks pertinence and so on, all of these？？ are the main problems facing Xinjiang Uighur migrant workers entrepreneurship.
