摘  要:采用温差水热法,以NaOH溶液为矿化剂,以Cr2O3为掺杂剂进行了BSO:Cr晶体的生长。与纯BSO晶体相比,掺Cr明显降低了BSO晶体的透过率且紫外截止波长发生了红移,研究还发现水热法生长的BSO:Cr晶体存在三个氧化态:Cr4+,Cr3+和Cr2+,根据配位数与多面体之间的理论关系认为Cr4+取代Si位,Cr3+和Cr2+取代Bi位。Bi12SiO20:Cr crystal has been grown by temperature hydrothermat technique with NaOH as mineralizer and Cre():~ as dopant. Compared to pure BSO crystal, transmittance of the BSO crystal with Cr decreased significantly and a redshift was served in its Uv cutoff wavelength. The research also found that the BSO:Cr crystal hydrothermal technique has 3 oxidation states which are Cr1+ ,Cr34 and Cr2+. Based the theoretical relation between coordination number and polyhedron, it is believed tha has been replaced by Cr4+; and Bi has been replaced by Cr3+ and Cr2+.
