摘 要:目的探讨高盐高蛋白饮食对Dah1/SS大鼠血压、肾脏和消化道病理变化的影响。方法将30只SPF级雄性Dah1/SS大鼠随机分为3个组,即对照组、高盐组和高蛋白组,分别给予0.4%Na Cl普通低盐饲料、8%Na Cl高盐饲料和2.4%蛋氨酸饲料,喂养2个月,每周测量体质量及收缩压1次。实验结束,取大鼠肾脏、食管、胃、小肠、直肠及胰腺经HE染色后进行病理学观察。结果高盐、高蛋白组大鼠体质量增长明显低于对照组;高盐组大鼠收缩压高于对照组和高蛋白组大鼠,差异有统计学意义,高蛋白组大鼠未见血压升高;高盐及高蛋白组大鼠出现了不同程度的肾功能损伤,高盐组大鼠出现了肾脏病理性损伤;高盐和高蛋白饮食未见消化道及胰腺损伤。结论 Dah1/SS大鼠高盐饮食可成功建立盐敏感性高血压模型,且高盐高蛋白饮食对肾脏会造成不同程度的损伤,而对消化道及胰腺未造成损伤。Objective To explore the effect of high salt and high protein diet on blood pressure and the pathology changes of kidney and gastrointestinal in Dahl/SS rats. Method SPF female Dahl/SS rats were respectively randomly divided into three groups: control, high-salt and high-protein group, and were respectively fed to common low-sah diet, high-salt diet witch contain 8% sodium chloride and high-protein diet with 2.4% methionine in the individual ventilated cages (IVC). Systolic blood pressure (SBP) and body weight of rats was measured every week. At 8 weeks, the kidney, esophagus, stomach , small intestine , rectum, and pancreas tissues were stained with HE to observe the pathological changes. Result The rat body weight of high-salt and high-protein group were significantly lower than the control group, but the SBP of high-salt group was significantly higher than control and high-protein group. Renal impairment was observed in high-salt and high-protein group. Besides, the pathological changes of kidney were observe only in high-salt group. Also, the pathological changes of esophagus, stomach, small intestine, rectum, and pancreas tissues were not found. Conclusion The salt-sensitive hypertension model was successfully made by Dahl/SS rats fed with high salt diet, and the varying degrees of damage of kidney with high salt and high protein diet, but no damage to gastrointestinal and pancreas.
