摘　　要：目的探讨蒙古长爪沙鼠(Mongolian gerbil)颌下静脉丛真空采血的技术与方法,提高蒙古长爪沙鼠实验的成功率。方法选取40只蒙古长爪沙鼠,麻醉后将静脉输液针刺入颌下静脉丛血管取血。结果成功获得沙鼠静脉血,每只沙鼠的采血量可达0.3-0.6 m L。结论此方法可多次重复采血,血液标本质量高,创伤小,是一种简便、安全、采血量多的采血方法。Objective To explore on the technology and method of vacuo draw blood from submandibular vein plexus of Mongolian gerbils, and improve the experiment success rate of Mongolian gerbil. Method Forty Mongolian gerbils were selected in this study. The Mongolian gerbil submandibular vein plexus was punctured with intravenous infusion needle after anaesthetized. Result The vein blood of Mongolian gerbil was successfully obtained, and the volume of blood sample from individual gerbil reached 0. 3 - 0.5 mL. Conclusion This draw blood method is a simple and safe technology to obtain a considerable amount of blood. And it can be repeated for several times with mild injury and high-quality blood samples.
