摘　　要：廉政文化指数,是对廉政文化建设进行动态评价的标尺,直接关涉到廉政文化建设的质量和方向。建构廉政文化指数是国家治理现代化在预防和惩治腐败、加强廉政文化建设上的一个重要逻辑指向。构建廉政文化指数的评价指标体系框架应以廉政文化的特质及实践指向和廉政文化工作的基本要求及关键举措为主要架构。廉政文化指数的生成与应用必须遵循必要的原则和严格的步骤,以保证指数的客观性与权威性。The honest government culture index, is the dynamic evaluation of the cultural construction of honest and clean government is directly related to the scale, direction and quality of cultural construction of honest and clean government. Firstly, it defines the culture of honest and clean government index; Then the honest government culture index construction principle is explained, based on the index system for the framework architecture, and the generation and application of index are explained.
