摘 要:云计算和物联网等信息技术的发展,促进了智慧城市项目在中国城市的落地建设。面对规模庞大的智慧城市系统,借助云服务建设业务平台已经成为目前智慧城市发展的一个重要思路,亦成为电信运营商关注的一大重点。文章从电信运营商角度出发,结合运营商前期实践,提出一种基于云服务的智慧城市云平台架构,首先分析智慧城市业务生态系统,明确平台定位与建设原则,然后给出一种智慧城市云平台功能架构,进而对平台的逻辑架构进行描述。所设计的智慧城市云平台对于运营商智慧城市落地建设具有重要的借鉴和指导意义。The development of information technologies such as Cloud Computing and Internet of Things has promoted the implementation of Smart City in China. Facing with the problem of large-scale Smart City system and with the aid of Cloud service, constructing business platform has become an important idea of Smart City development, as wel as a focus that the Telecom operators pay attention to. From the perspective of Telecom operators and combined with pre-practice, a Smart City Cloud platform architecture based on Cloud service is proposed in this paper. First, Smart City business ecosystem is analyzed, and the platform positioning and construction principles are made clear. Then, a functional architecture and a logistical architecture for the Smart City Cloud platform are advised and the logical architecture of platform is described. The Smart City Cloud platform proposed in this paper has a great signiifcance for reference and guidance to the implementation of Telecom operators’ Smart City project.
