摘　　要：继云计算发展之后,大数据已成为诸多行业关注的热点。文章分析大数据的应用、存储以及交付模式的特点,重点研究大数据对电信运营商的价值、数据特点以及架构选择,提出混搭架构模式解决电信运营商数据分析、大数据核心价值的盘活和促进信息消费的服务交付方式。Big data has become the heating topic in many ifelds just after the development of cloud computing. In this paper, the features of big data are studied, including the applications, storages and delivery models. More importantly, the value of big data in telecom operator’s view, the features of data and the selection of architecture are discussed. Also, a hybrid architecture pattern is proposed to solve the problems of the data analysis, the revitalization for core value and the service delivery model for the promotion of information consumption.
