摘　　要：提出电信业数据仓库系统体系结构,并针对该体系结构中的关键技术(联机分析挖掘技术)进行详细阐述;结合电信行业普遍存在的客户流失分析的应用实例,对于联机分析挖掘的整个过程进行分析;最后展望了电信业数据仓库的发展趋势。In this paper, telecommunication data warehouse systematic architecture and its key technology （OLAP） are presented and elaborated. With application examples of customer loss analysis which is currently prevalent in telecommunication industry, further discussions and analysis are made to the whole process of OLAP. The future of telecommunication data warehouse is looked forward to at the end.
