摘　　要：空压站是炼油厂主要辅助装置之一,其设计的优劣直接影响到压缩空气供应的稳定性,进而关乎整个炼油厂运行的平稳性。重点介绍了典型的空压站主要设备空气过滤器、空气压缩机和空气干燥装置的选型要点,以及管道设计要点。提出因空压站每一种设备类型的选择和相互匹配性均为空压站设计优劣的制约因素,故应做好空压站的设计;因空压站的配套设施在流程优化、设备选型优化、设备匹配优化等方面的优化空间还很大,故空压站的设计还能做到更优化、更合理。Air compressor is one of the main auxiliary equipments in refinery, its design will directly effects the stability of the compressed air supply and thus relates to the smooth running of the refinery.The typical air compression station equipment, air filters, air compressors, selection points of air dryers and piping design were focused.It was pointed out that air compressor design is restricted by the selection and matching of each device type, so the air compression station design should be did well; the corollary equipments in air compressor have a great space for optimization of process, equipment selection and equipment matching, so the air compression station design can be more optimized and more reasonable.
