摘  要:伴随我国高等教育规模不断扩大和区域不平衡发展,普通院校在地理位置、办学经费、人才引进和政策倾斜等方面存在明显不足,以致该类院校培养的大学生在就业市场中处于弱势地位,从而表现出很多不良的就业心理。因此,适时准确地把握普通院校毕业生的就业心理、分析成因,从就业指导角度出发,给予正确的心理引导和就业辅导就显得尤为重要。本文就普通院校毕业生在就业过程中产生的心理问题进行探索、分析成因,并提出了相应的调适策略。With the cotinuous expansion of China's higher education and regional development imbalance, common universities obviously have shortcomings in geographical location, university fund, talent introduction and policy preference, etc., making students cultivated by such universities in a weak position in the job market, thus showing a lot of adverse employment psychology. Therefore, it is particularly important to timely and accurately grasp the employment psychology of graduates from common universities and analyze the causes, and from the perspective of employment guidance, offer the right psychological guidance and employment counseling. Based on exploring the psychological problems of common university graduates produced in their employment and analyzing the causes, this paper proposes corresponding adjustment strategies.
