25例癌症晚期患者生活质量的调查及其影响因素

摘　　要：目的调查癌症晚期患者的生活质量,并分析其影响因素。方法采用EORTC生活质量测量量表QLQ-C30(v3.0)中文版,对25例癌症晚期患者进行问卷调查。结果癌症晚期患者生活质量得分为(55.7±9.6)分,躯体功能、角色功能、认知功能、社会功能低于癌症患者常模(P<0.05)。经统计学分析显示,患者的希望与寄托、文化程度、年龄、家庭支持状况是癌症晚期患者生活质量的重要影响因素。结论癌症晚期患者生活质量显著下降,且影响因素复杂,护理人员应关注患者躯体不适的多方位护理的同时更关注患者的心理希望寄托,关注年龄及文化程度对生活质量的影响,提高癌症晚期患者生活质量。[Objective]To investigate the quality of life in patients with advanced cancer,analyze its influencing factors.[Methods] By using the EORTC Quality of Life Questionnaire（QLQ-C30, v3.0）, the questionnaire investigation was performed among25 patients with advanced cancer.[Results]The scores of life quality in patients with advanced cancer were（55.7±9.6）. The scores of physical function,role function,cognitive function and social function were lower than the norms of cancer patients（P〈0.05）.The statistical analysis showed the hope and sustenance,educational level,age and family support were the main influencing factors for quality of life in patients with advanced cancer. [Conclusion]The quality of life in patients with advanced cancer significantly decreases,with complex influencing factors. Nurses should pay attention to not only comprehensive nursing care for body discomfort but also hope and sustenance of patients,and focus on the effect of age and educational level on quality of life,to improve the quality of life in patients with advanced cancer.
