摘　　要：执行功能在阿片成瘾的形成、维持、戒治与复发中都具有重要作用。长期慢性的阿片类药物滥用会导致成瘾者的执行功能普遍受到损伤,继而影响药物成瘾的戒治与复发。本文梳理了近年来阿片类药物在神经心理学、事件相关电位以及影像学等领域的执行功能相关研究结果,以期为我国的阿片类药物成瘾的戒治工作提供来自认知神经科学的科学依据。Executive functions play an important role in the course of forming, maintenance, treatment and relapse of opiate addiction. Long-term chronic opioids abuse can cause the executive functions of addicts generally damaged, then affect the treatment and relapse of opiate addiction. The present article reviewed the research results related to executive functions in the field of neuropsychology, event-related potentials and imageology, attempting to provide the scientific basis from cognitive neuroseience for the work on the treatment of opiate addiction in China.
