活血止痛汤治疗外伤性骨折初期随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察活血止痛汤治疗外伤性骨折初期疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将148例门诊及住院患者按掷骰子法随机分为两组。对照组74例常规西药,止痛药及抬高患肢消肿。治疗组74例活血止痛汤(川芎7g,当归12g,红花3g,苏木18g,没药5g,乳香3g,紫荆藤、枳壳各10g,落的打7g,蜜虫6g,赤芍9g,甘草3g,桂枝10g,陈皮5g),1剂/d,水煎200m L,2次/d。连续治疗6d为1疗程。观测临床症状、疼痛评分、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效50例,有效21例,无效3例,总有效率96.15%。对照组显效47例,有效6例,无效21例,总有效率73.07%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组疼痛评分均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]活血止痛汤治疗外伤性骨折初期效果显著,值得推广。[Objective]To observe the huoxue pain soup curative effect of early treatment of traumatic fractures. [Methods]Using random parallel control method,148 cases of outpatient and inpatient were randomly divided into two groups according to roll the dice method. The control group,79 cases of routine western medicine,painkillers and raise limb swelling. Treatment group,79 cases of huoxue pain soup（Chuanqiong7 g,Danggui12 g,Honghua 3g,Sumu18 g,Meiyao5 g,Ruxiang 3 g,Zijingteng,Chike each 10 g,Luodida7 g,Michong6 g,Chishao 9 g,Gancao 3g,Guizhi 10 g,Chenpi5 g）,1 / d,boiling water 200 ml,2 times/d. Continuous treatment 6 d for 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms,pain score,adverse reactions. As a course treatment,judge curative effect. [Results] The treatment group（50 cases were markedly improved,effective 24 cases,3 had no effect,the total effective rate was 96.15%. 10 cases of control group in 47 cases were markedly effective,effective,invalid 21 cases,total effective rate was 73.07%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group（P〈0.05）. Pain score has improved the two groups（P〈0.05）,the treatment group improved better than that of control group（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion] Huoxue pain soup treating traumatic fracture early effect is remarkable,is worth promoting.
