从肺、脾、肾辨治肺痿

摘　　要：肺萎病位在肺,与脾、肾密切相关。肺病日久,子盗母气,或素体脾胃虚弱,津液生化乏源、布散无权,母病及子,肺燥津枯,肺失濡养,最终发展成肺痿;肺病日久,不司呼吸,则清气之吸入者少降,浊气之呼出者受阻,必伤于肾,肾气不足,肾不纳气,气不化津,或肾阴亏耗,肺失濡养,发为肺痿。临证治疗时,多以培土生金、补肾助肺为主要方法,但不可拘泥一方、一法,当辨证施治,以期获得最大疗效。Lung disease in the lungs,is closely related to spleen and kidney. Lung disease after many days,mother son stealing gas,or ferrite weak spleen and stomach,biochemical spent fluid source,no power to spread,mother sick son,dry lung fluid drying up,lose moisten lung,eventually developed into the lung impotent; Lung disease after many days,not breathing,so fresh air inhaled,breathe out the polluted air is blocked,will hurt the kidney,and kidney deficiency,Kidney is not taken,gas can＇t into the body fluid,or kidney Yin lack,not raised nourishing lung,developed into the lung impotent. Treatment,most should reinforcing earth to generate metal,nourishing the lung and the kidney as main method,but not limited to a formula or a kind of method,should be evidence-based medicine,in order to achieve maximum results.
