雷火灸联合温经汤治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察雷火灸联合温经汤对寒凝血瘀型痛经疗效。[方法]采用随机平行对照方法,将41例痛经患者按病志号抽签简单随机分为两组。对照组20例温经汤(吴茱萸、当归20g,川芎、赤芍、丹皮、阿胶、麦冬10g,人参6g,桂枝12g,干姜10g,甘草6g)水煎服,100m L/次,2次/d。治疗组21例雷火灸,将雷火灸灸条点燃放入灸盒中,灸盒横置于脐下,以温热及皮肤局部潮红为度,1次/d(上午为佳),20min/次;温经汤治疗同对照组。月经周期前3天开始治疗,连续7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、痛经症状评分、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程(3个月经周期),判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈6例,显效10例,有效4例,无效1例,总有效率95.24%。对照组痊愈3例,显效7例,有效5例,无效5例,总有效率75.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]雷火灸联合温经汤治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经,疗效满意,无副作用,值得推广。[Objective]To observe clinical therapeutic effect of Leihuo Moxibustion on the BloodHanningdysmenorrhea and to explore its mechanism. [Method]Random parallel control method,41 cases patients were randomly divided into two groups,both groups use the Wenjing decoction（Wuzhuyu,Danggui20 g,Chuanxiong Chishao Danpi Ejiao Maidong10 g,Renshen6g,Guizhi12 g,Ganjiang10g,Gancao6g）,decoction 100 ml,2 times/d. The treatment group on the basis of oral liquid form,combined with Leihuo Moxibustion.Put the lighting moxibustion bar in the moxibustion box,moxibustion box beam under the navel,with warm and local skin flush. Treatment 1 times a day（morning is preferred）,20 min at a time. Menstrual cycle three days before starting treatment,7 days in a row,for 1 course of treatment. Observation period pain symptom scores,curative effect standard,adverse reactions. Continuous treatment 3 period of treatment,judge curative effect. [Results] Clinical efficacy of the treatment group is better than the control group（P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] Thunder fire moxibustion combined temperature by the soup of blood stasis type of dysmenorrhea haemorrheological nature curative effect is superior to the simple temperature by liquid form.
