补阳还五汤与针刺联合西药治疗中风(中经络)随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察补阳还五汤与针灸联合西药治疗中风（中经络）疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将63例门诊及住院患者按住院病志号法简单随机分为两组。对照组31例西医常规治疗,改善脑部循环,静脉注射脑活素、乙酰谷酰胺、胞二磷胆碱和Vit C,并辅助以吸氧、降压和降血糖等。治疗组32例补阳还五汤（生黄芪120g,当归尾、赤芍、川芎、地龙、桃仁各10g,红花3g）,1剂/d,水煎200m L,2次/d;针刺：半身不遂选穴足三里、环跳、曲池;舌强不语选穴哑门、廉泉;口舌歪斜选穴合谷、昆仑、地仓;毫针长0.5-2寸,直径0.30-0.38mm,行平补平泻手法,得气后留针30min,1次/d;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、症候积分、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,针刺疗程间隔3d,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈19例,显效7例,有效5例,无效1例,总有效率96.88%。对照组痊愈10例,显效6例,有效7例,无效8例,总有效率74.19%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。症候积分两组均有改善（P〈0.05）,治疗组改善优于对照组,但未见显著差异（P〉0.05）。[结论]补阳还五汤与针灸联合西药治疗中风（中经络）效果显著,值得推广。[Objective]To observe the tonifying Yang also five decoction,acupuncture combined western medicine therapy for stroke（meridian） in curative effect. [Methods]Using random parallel control method,63 cases of outpatient and inpatient number according to the disease in hospital volunteers method simple random divided into two groups. Control group of 31 cases of conventional western medicine treatment,improve brain circulation,intravenous brain fuel element,acetyl l-glutamine,cytidine diphosphate choline and Vit C,and auxiliary treatment with oxygen,step-down and fall blood sugar. Treatment group（32 cases of tonifying Yang also five decoction（Shenghuangqi120 g,Dangguiwei,Chishao,Chuanqiong,Dilong,Taoren each 10 g,Honghua3g）,1/d,boiling water 200 m L,2 times/d. Acupuncture： choose hemiplegia cave foot three mile,gb 30,li 11; Strong tongue not language selected point ya men,CV 23; Your breath skew optional hole li4,kunlun,storehouse; Filiform needle 0.5-2 inches long,0.30-0.38 mm in diameter,flat or level of technique,retaining needle 30 min after qi,1/d,treatment interval between 3 d. Western medicine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment of 14 d to 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. Continuous treatment 3 period of treatment,acupuncture and moxibustion treatment interval between 3 d,judge curative effect. [Results] The treatment group 19 cases cured,7 cases were markedly effective,effective in 5 cases,1 had no effect,the total effective rate was 96.88%. Control group,10 cases were cured,6 cases were markedly effective,effective 7 cases,8 no effect,the total effective rate was 74.19%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group（P〈0.05）. Symptoms integral in the two groups were improved（P〈0.05）,treatment group improved than the control group,but no significant difference（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]Tonifying Yang also five decoction,acupuncture combined western medicine therapy for stroke（meridian） effect
