补肺汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺气肿

摘　　要：补肺汤(党参15g,生黄芪30g,熟地15g,生甘草6g,桑白皮10g,五味子6g,紫菀炙12g,桔梗、麦冬各10g,丹参、焦山楂、神曲、百合各15g,百部30g)补益肺肾,化痰定喘,治疗慢性阻塞性肺气肿,效果显著。Chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema is due to chronic bronchial inflammation,airway resistance increased,leading to respiratory bronchioles,alveolar ducts,alveolar Nang and alveolar hyperinflation and expansion of lung tissue elasticity loss and volume increases. Often secondary to chronic bronchitis,bronchial asthma and pulmonary fibrosis,chronic bronchitis,especially for the most common. Bufei soup（Dangshen 15 g,Shenghuangqi 30 g,Shudi 15 g,Gancao 6g,Sangbaipi 10 g,Wuweizi 6g,Ziyuan 12 g,Jiegeng,Maidong 10 g,Dans hen,Jiaoshanzha,Shenqu,Baihe 15 g,Baibu 30g） lung and kidney tonic,expectorant Dingchuan,the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema,the effect is significant.
