寿胎丸治疗肾虚血热胎漏、胎动不安

摘　　要：胎漏、胎动不安为胎元不固、冲任损伤、肾虚血热。治以补肾健脾,清热固冲安胎,寿胎丸:菟丝子30g,杜仲15g,川断30g,桑寄生、阿胶各10g,黄芪炙30g,白术炒、白芍各15g,生地12g,山药15g,黄芩12g,苎麻根30g,莲房炭12g,枸杞15g,香附12g,7剂。研究发现寿胎丸可有效抑制子宫平滑肌收缩,保证子宫安静,增加垂体一卵巢促黄体大量生成,促进子宫生长发育;菟丝子增强性活力,主要因为黄酮类物质,黄酮类提取物有雌激素样活性,可对丘脑一垂体一性腺轴产生直接影响;桑寄生抗病毒、镇静,有利于保胎。Tailou,fetal irritability refers to vaginal bleeding during pregnancy,when nowadays ended and with backache,abdominal pain or abdominal bulge,often abortion,miscarriage harbinger of modern medicine known as ＂threatened abortion.＂ Pathogenesis of fetal Without a solid foundation,red any damage. Governance in order to Shoutai pill： Tusizi30 g,Duzhong15 g,Chuanduan30g,Sangjisheng,Ajiao each 10 g,Zhihuangqi30 g,Baizhu,Baishao15 g,Shengdi12 g,Shanyao15 g,Huangqin 12 g,Zhumagen30g,Lianfang 12 g,Gouqi15g,Xiangfu 12 g,7 agent. The author of a typical cases for analysis,according to the patient symptom analysis Syndrome is a kidney,for the etiology and pathogenesis,the clinical use Shoutai pill subtraction with the card.
