益气养阴活血法治疗糖尿病肾病研究概况

摘　　要：糖尿病肾病是现代医学病名,为结节性肾小球硬化,中医可定名为"消渴病肾病",为本虚标实,虚实夹杂,与禀赋不足、饮食不节、情志失调、劳伤太过、肾元亏虚密切相关;病位主要在肺脾肾三脏,关乎心、肝、胃、三焦等脏器。临床益气养阴活血法为基本大法治疗疗效明显,实验研究表明益气养阴活血法并不是通过单一途径发挥疗效,而是通过多方面、多靶点、多途径综合作用于多个病理环节,从整体上改善和保护肾功能。目前对益气养阴活血复方研究众多,存在重复性研究、科研设计缺乏合理性、对照组设立欠缺合理性等问题,今后应多开展制剂及作用机制等方面的研究。Diabetic nephropathy is a name of disease in western medicine,for nodular glomerulosclerosis,Chinese medicine can be named ＂diabetes nephropathy＂,superficiality,deficiency,deficiency is closely related with the innate deficiency,improper diet,emotional disorders,strain too,nephron deficit; disease mainly in the lung spleen kidney three dirty heart,liver,stomach,and other organs,the triple energizer. Clinical effect of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Method for treatment of the basic law obviously,experimental studies indicate that Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Method and not through a single way to play the efficacy,but by many factors,multiple targets,multiple pathways to multiple pathological link,improve and protect renal function on the whole. The present study of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue compound is numerous,the presence of repetitive research,research design is lack of rationality,the control group was set up lack of rationality and other issues,we should research the multi development aspects of preparation and mechanism etc.
