摘　　要：了解国内外科老年住院患者营养不良状况及其研究现状，以开展健康教育，进行营养支持，预防和控制外科老年患者的营养风险，加强医院营养管理等措施，预防和纠正老年患者营养不良的发生，为临床工作提供参考。The purposes of this article was to comprehend malnourished status of national and international hospitalized elderly with surgery, inorder to carry out the healthy education for nutritional support, prevent and control the nutritional risk, strengthen the measures of nutritional management in hospital, prevent and correct the risks of malnutrition, and provide a reference for clinical work.
