摘　　要：乳糜胸是一种主要由胸导管阻塞或破裂引起的少见疾病,淋巴瘤和创伤是引起乳糜胸的最常见病因,心力衰竭引起乳糜胸非常少见,容易为临床医师误诊。本文报道了1例心力衰竭引起乳糜胸的病例,通过此病例有利于加深临床工作者对心衰乳糜胸的深刻认识。Chylothorax is a very rare clinical disease generally caused by obstruction and disruption of the thoracic duct. Lymphoma and trauma are the main causes of chylothorax. Heart failure is a very rare cause of chylothorax, and is easily misdiagnosed by the clinicians. We herein report a case of chylothorax induced by congestive heart failure. After reviewing this case report, the clinicians can widen their perception to chylothorax associated with heart failure.
