摘  要:目的观察疼痛教育联合心理护理对创伤手术患者术后疼痛控制及韧性的影响,为制定创伤手术患者的护理干预方案提供科学依据。方法将2013年9月-2014年6月我院收治的156例创伤手术患者随机分为对照组(70例)和观察组(86例),对照组实施常规护理,观察组给予疼痛教育联合心理护理,比较两组患者术后3 d的睡眠时间、疼痛程度、疼痛控制满意度和干预前后韧性量表得分。结果观察组患者术后睡眠时间、术后当天和第1天的疼痛评分、疼痛控制满意度及韧性量表得分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05或P〈0.01)。结论疼痛教育联合心理护理能改善创伤手术患者疼痛的控制效果,提高患者韧性心理。Objective To observe the influence of pain education combined with psychological nursing on the pain control and resilience of patients having received traumatic surgery in order to provide scientific basis for developing nursing intervention scheme for traumatic patients. Methods All 156 patients having received traumatic surgery admitted to our hospital from September 2013 to June 2014 were randomly divided into the control group(70 patients) and the observation group(86 patients). The control group received conventional nursing and the observation group received pain education combined with psychological nursing. The postoperative 3-day sleep time, pain degree, pain control satisfaction and resilience scale scores before and after intervention of the two groups were compared. Results The postoperative sleep time and the postoperative day-0 and day-1 pain score, pain control satisfaction degree and resilience scale score of the observation group were all better than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences between the two groups(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). Conclusion Pain education combined with psychological nursing can improve the pain control effects of the patients received traumatic surgery and improve the patients' resilience psychology.
