肌内效胶贴联合运动训练治疗慢性下腰痛的疗效

摘　　要：目的评价肌内效胶贴联合运动训练治疗慢性下腰痛的疗效。方法某训练基地非特异性下腰痛患者113例,按照就诊顺序分为肌内效胶贴组(A组,n=58)和肌内效胶贴联合训练组(B组,n=53),于治疗1周后和4周后分别应用视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)、Oswestry功能障碍指数(oswestry disability index,OSW)评价治疗效果。结果 B组治疗1和4周后,VAS评分(5.05±1.98)分、OSW(64.73±7.92)分与治疗前相比明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。A组治疗1周后,疼痛症状和残疾指数较治疗前无明显改善,治疗4周后明显好转。治疗后1周和4周B组的VAS评分及OSW指数较A组明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论肌内效胶贴与运动训练联合应用能显著缓解慢性非特异性下腰痛的疼痛症状,明显减轻残疾程度,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the effect of Jinexiao adhesive plaster combined with exercise training on non-specific chronic low back pain（ NSCLBP）. Methods 113 patients with NSCLBP were randomly divided into a Jiniiexiao plaster group（ n =58） and combined Jineixiao plaster and exercise training group（ n = 53）. One week and 4 weeks after intervention,Visual Analogue Scale（ VAS） and Oswestry Disability Index（ OSW） were used to evaluate the therapeutic effects. Results After 1 and 4 weeks,VAS scores and OSW disability index of all the patients in Group B had greater improvement than those before treatment,the difference was statistically significant（ P 0. 01）. After 1 week,VAS scores and OSW disability index of all the patients in Group A had no significant improvement compcred with those before treatment,and at 4 weeks had significant improvement（ P 0. 01）. After 1 week and 4weeks,VAS scores and OSW disability index of all the patients in Group B had greater improvement than those in group A,the difference was statistically significant（ P 0. 01）. Conclusions Jineixiao plaster combined with exercise training can significantly significantly improve the functional,painful status in patients with chronic NSCLBP. This protocol in clinical practive is quite effective.
