摘  要:月地高速再入返回器是我国首次深空再入返回的航天器,具有空间紧凑、耦合性强、质心要求高、精度要求高等技术难点.对返回器的构型布局总体设计及关键实现环节进行了描述,包括轻小型密闭舱体的构型布局设计、推力器的一体化布局、高精度质心配平设计与实现、关键单机布局与精度保持设计、基于双斜面的精测方法及验证等,并以此为基础完成了返回器的总装设计与系统集成,通过了地面与飞行验证.Circumlunar return and reentry capsule is China's first high-speed semi-ballistic reentry leaping return spacecraft, with technical difficulties of space compact, space strong coupling, centroid location strict requiring, and precision high setting. This paper describes the configuration and layout design technique of circumlunar return and reentry capsule, including light and small enclosed cabin configuration and layout technology, engine layout technology, high-precision centroid trim design and implementation, pivotal product layout and precision maintenance technology, accurate precision measurement method and implementation, which is the basis for the system integration of reentry vehicle. The technology described in this paper, through ground and flight test validation, is a reference to the configuration and layout design of other light reentry vehicles.
