摘 要:飞行器GNC试验子系统是月地高速再入返回飞行器制导导航与控制(GNC)分系统的3个子系统之一,由中心控制单元、小型星敏感器、星敏防尘机构3台新研产品组成.同时,飞行器GNC试验子系统也是探月三期着陆上升组合体GNC子系统的一个产品子集.为满足探月三期的重量与功能需求,中心控制单元采用了可编程片上系统(So PC)技术进行集成化设计以减轻重量,并为适应空间辐射环境进行了多重防护设计;小型星敏感器采用非球面光学系统及高速处理电路等技术有效地减少了产品重量;星敏防尘机构以微型步进电机为核心,优化了结构、阻尼等细节设计,在满足功能要求的同时做到了重量的优化.为了更为真实地利用飞行器任务对上述产品进行在轨验证,设计了一种"虚拟卫星控制系统"的在轨验证方法,在试验子系统没有执行机构和真实受控的航天器对象的条件下,构造了被试验产品的在轨闭环验证环境.本文详细介绍了上述新研产品的关键技术和系统验证方法,并结合在轨验证情况给出了新研产品的验证结论.Guidance, navigation and control (GNC) demonstration subsystem is one of the three GNC subsystems of CRRS (Circumlunar Return and Reentry Spacecraft), It includes three new products, which are central control unit, micro star sensor and dustproof equipment for star sensor. And GNC demonstration subsystem is the partial products of GNC subsystem for land-ascent assembly spacecraft in the following task. To meet the demands of weight and functions in the third phase of China Lunar Exploration Program central control unit was integrated designed based on SoPC technology to reduce the weight, and multi-layers protection was designed to fit the space radiation environment. Micro star sensor utilized aspherical Optical System and high speed processing circuit to obtain less weight. Based on micro step Motor, dustproof equipment for star sensor realized better architecture and damper design, not only satisfied the function requirement but also achieved the optimization of weight. In order to make on-orbit validity more forcefully and credibly using the CRRS, an on-orbit validity method based on "Virtual-satellite control system" was designed. This method presented an on-orbit and closed-loop test system for the above mentioned new products, without using actuator and real spacecraft. This paper mainly introduces the key technology of new products and the on-orbit validity method for GNC demonstration subsystem. Moreover, this paper makes the results. positive conclusion for new products according to the on-orbit validity
