升温速率对强约束钢管柱温度内力影响的试验研究  被引量:3

摘  要:对5个国产Q345无缝钢管柱试件进行轴向位移约束的升温试验,预设升温速率分别为13.0,8.7,6.2,4.9,3.9℃/min,研究升温速率对强约束轴心受压钢管柱温度内力的影响规律。试验结果表明:升温速率越大,单位时间温度增量越大,单位时间温度内力越大,温度内力随时间的变化是二次函数。而温度内力虽然随温度增量变化也是二次函数,但是升温速率越大,构件内部单位温度增量引起的温度内力增量反而越小。试验研究可为进一步研究钢结构构件在火灾中的温度内力规律提供新的思路。Experiments were carried out for 5steel tube columns of Q345 with axial restraints at elevated temperature,the temperature-rise rate was preset of 13.0,8.7,6.2,4.9and 3.9 ℃/min respectively,to study the effect of temperature-rise rate on the temperature-stress of strong-restrained steel tube columns.The results show that the higher,the temperature-rise rate,the larger increment per unit time,also the larger the temperature-stress per unit time,and the change in the temperature-stress with time is quadratic function;at the same time,the change in the temperature-stress with temperature increment also is quadratic function,but the higher the temperature-rise rate,the smaller the temperature-stress in the interior of the steel tube columns per temperature increment instead.The study results can offer a new approach to study the law of temperature-stress of steel structure component in fire.
