摘 要:将金属锡和氧化锑溶于硝酸,再与柠檬酸配位形成稳定的溶液,采用水热-热处理工艺制备了锑掺杂二氧化锡(ATO)纳米粉体,研究锑掺杂浓度和热处理温度对ATO纳米颗粒的晶粒尺寸、晶格参数、比表面积和结晶度的影响。结果表明:水热-热处理工艺以及合成过程中无氯离子的参与都使得制备的ATO纳米粉体颗粒细小,粒度分布窄,分散性好;随着热处理温度的升高,ATO颗粒加速长大;ATO晶体中Sb5+与Sb3+的物质的量比随着锑掺杂量和煅烧温度的变化而变化,导致Sn O2的晶胞体积和导电性变化;Sb元素的掺杂限制了纳米粒子的生长,降低了Sn O2的结晶度。Tin and Sb2O3 were dissolved in HNO3, complexed with citric acid and obtained stable solution. Antimony-doped tin oxide(ATO)nano-particles were synthesized by hydrothermal and post-annealing method. The grain size, lattice parameters, specific surface area and the crystallinity of the ATO nano-particles changed with the Sb doping content and annealing temperature were researched. The results indicate that the hydrothermal method and free of chlorine ions to the synthesis process result in small particle size,narrow particle size distribution and low degree of agglomeration of the nano-particles. Higher annealing temperature accelerates the particle growth. The amount of substance ratio of Sb5+and Sb3+in ATO crystal change with the Sb doping content and annealing temperature, which leads to the changes of Sn O2 cell volume and conductivity of the nano- particles. The doped Sb element restricts the growth of the nano-particles and decreases the crystallinity of Sn O2 phase.
