摘 要:采用计算流体力学Fluent软件对不同结构参数的蜗壳式旋风分离器颗粒分离效率进行数值模拟,建立基于响应曲面法的蜗壳式旋风分离器分离效率预测模型。结果表明:升气管直径对分离效率的影响高度显著,分离效率随着升气管直径的减小而显著提高;排尘口直径对分离效率的影响显著,排尘口直径越大,分离效率越高;直筒段高度对分离效率的影响较显著,随着直筒段高度的增大,分离效率先提高后降低;优化模型分离效率的比较说明预测值与模拟值吻合较好。Numerical simulations of the particle dynamics were performed by Fluent software of computational fluid mechanics to characterize the separation efficiency of various structure parameters of volute cyclone. The prediction models of separation efficiency of volute cyclone were obtained based on the response surface method. The results show that the vortex finder diameter has obvious influence on the separation efficiency. With the decrease of vortex finder diameter, the separation efficiency significantly increases. The influence of cone bottom diameter is greater.The larger the cone bottom diameter is, the higher the separation efficiency is. The effect of cylinder height on separation efficiency is relatively stronger. With the increase of the lower cylinder height, the separation efficiency increases initially and then decreases. The prediction value is consistent with the value of numerical simulation which is indicated by comparing the separation efficiency of the optimization model.
