摘　　要：东兴铝业嘉峪关分公司在具有世界领先技术的500k A大型预焙电解槽系列通电投产及生产过程中,在设计上通过优化厂房,应用电解烟气高位集气、60小时焙烧、低电压无效应启动和铁轨铝液运输等技术以及采用自主创新的工具和方法、引进的设备,使得焙烧启动效果明显优化、正常生产运行安全平稳、经济技术指标保持领先,从而保证了电解系列的安全、环保、高效、平稳、低耗运行。During putting into production and production of 500kA high amperage prebaked aluminum reduction pots with technology leading in the world, workshop in design was optimized, and some new technologies were applied such as pot fume gathering at high position, baking technology for 60 hours, start - up technology without anode effect under low vohage and liquid aluminum track transportation, independent innovation tools and methods were a- dopted and equipment was imported so that baking and start up were optimized, normal production stably operated and technical economic indexes kept leading in Jiayuguan branch of Dongxing aluminum Co, Ltd, finally the operation of potline was ensured under safety, environment protection, high efficiency, stable and low consumption.
