摘  要:介绍8176铝合金杆的生产工艺。经过试验,优化了合金元素含量对8176铝合金杆的性能有好的影响。在连铸连轧时,控制好轧制温度和轧制速度,以保证铝合金杆性能稳定的情况下提高其生产效率。在随机的试样检查中,发现成品中有杂质元素。通过变质处理,消除杂质元素对铝合金杆性能的影响,从而提高了铝合金杆的导电及力学性能。同时,在生产过程中发现了一些常见的缺陷,并提出了预防措施。The production process of 8176 aluminum alloy rod was introduced. The effects of the proportion of alloy elements on properties of 8176 aluminum alloy rod were optimized by testing. The speed and temperature of rolling should be controlled to stabilize the performance of aluminum alloy, when the aluminum alloy rods were continuous casted and rolled. Therefore, the productivity could be increased. Impurity elements were found in the random sample. The effects of impurity elements inside aluminum alloy were dispelled by the modification, so that the electric conduction and mechanical properties of aluminum alloy had been father increased. And, some normal defects were discovered in the process, and preventive measures were proposed.
