摘  要:以节能为宗旨根据高压变频器节能的原理,以某氧化铝热电站运行数据为例,论述了采用高压变频器后的风机调速系统优点及节能效果。通过选择自备电站风机所配高压变频器的容量入手,论述了由液力偶合器调节时的功率计算方法及改用高压变频器调节时的功率计算方法,得出了使用高压变频器调节风机速度后电能消耗量、节省电能量及节电率。由此可见使用高压变频器调速时,将比液力偶合器调节风量时获得更好的节能效果。According to energy -saving principle of the high voltage inverter, the advantages and energy saving eitects ot tan speed control system are hescribed by using high voltage inverter based on operation data of the heat and power station in an alumina refinery. From the capacity of the high voltage inverter equipped for the fan in the captive heat and power station, power calculation methods adjusted by the hydraulic coupler and by the high voltage in- verter are separately discussed, the power consumption, quantity of electricity saved and power saving rate are gained by using the high voltage inverter, energy saving effects by using the high voltage inverter are better than that by using the hydraulic coupler.
