摘 要:T/R组件与波控单元的连接对于有源相控阵雷达的性能具有十分重要的意义,星载雷达小型化、轻量化及高可靠性特点对单机之间的互连提出了更高的要求。文中提出了一种适用于星载有源相控阵雷达的T/R组件与波控单元之间的连接方法,通过合理的单机布局、互连电缆设计、安装板结构设计以及装配工艺的优化,实现了T/R组件与波控单元的有效、可靠连接,满足了星载雷达小型化、轻量化的要求,并通过在某星载雷达上的应用对该方法的效果进行了验证。Connection between T / R modules and wave-control units is very important to performance of the active phased array radar. Miniaturization,light-weight characteristic and high reliability of space-borne radars put forward higher requirements for connections between electronic devices. In this paper,a connection method between T / R modules and wave-control units applied to space-borne active phased array radars is put forward.By reasonable distribution of devices,design of connection cable,structural design of the fixing board and optimization of assembly techniques,an effective and highly reliable connection between T / R modules and wavecontrol units is achieved,which meets the miniaturization and light-weight requirements of space-borne radars.The effectiveness of this method has been verified by application in real space-borne radar.
