摘 要:为了研究开孔试件的制孔工艺对结构疲劳寿命的影响,对采用winslow制孔工艺和传统制孔工艺的铝合金试验件分别进行疲劳试验。结果表明:Winslow制孔工艺下试件疲劳性能明显增强,平均疲劳寿命是传统制孔件的1.7倍。用统计学方法对实验数据进行分析,发现在95%的置信度下,Winslow制孔工艺中值疲劳寿命是传统制孔工艺中值疲劳寿命的1.3-2.07倍。In order to investigate the effect of drilling process on the fatigue life of specimen with open holes, the fatigue test was carried out on aluminum alloy specimen with Winslow drilling process and traditional drilling process.The experimental results showed that the fatigue performance with Winslow drilling process of specimen was enhanced.The average fatigue life of Winslow drilling process is 1.7times that of the traditional one. The test data were analyzed by statistical method, the results showed that the average fatigue life of Winslow drilling process specimen is 1.3-2.07 times that of traditional one under 95% degree of confidence.
