热反应型水性聚氨酯固色剂的合成与应用

摘　　要：以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯（IPDI）、N-甲基二乙醇胺（MDEA）、聚丙二醇-2000（PPG-2000）为主要原料,以甲乙酮肟（MEKO）为封端剂,合成了一种热反应型水性聚氨酯固色剂。研究结果表明：在R值为1.15,MDEA用量为7%,中和度为100%,可以制得稳定性良好的透明乳液。作为超纤染色固色剂,在用量为3%,烘干温度为160℃时,能明显提高超纤染色后的耐摩擦色牢度。FT-IR表征显示产物中的NCO基团已被完全封闭,DSC测试表明该热反应型水性聚氨酯的热解封温度为110~145℃。A kind of thermal reactive waterborne polyurethane fixing agent was prepared with isophorone diisocyanate（IPDI）,N- methyldiethanolamine（MDEA）,polypropylene glycol- 2000（PPG- 2000） as raw material and methyl ethyl ketoxime（MEK0）as blocking agent.The results show that a transparent emulsion with good stability is obtained when R is 1.15,the amount of MDEA is 7%,and the neutralization degree is 100%.As a fixing agent in the dyeing of superfine fiber base,it can significantly improve the rub fastness while the fixing agent content is 3%and drying temperature is 160℃.FT- IR shows that the NCO groups of product are completely blocked.The result of DSC shows that the deblocking temperature of thermal reactive water borne polyurethane is 110℃~145℃.
