左心耳干预在心房颤动外科治疗中的研究进展

摘　　要：目前认为左心耳血栓脱落与心房颤动患者发生脑栓塞的关系密切,大约30%的心房颤动由左心耳触发产生。因而,进行左心耳干预可能减少心房颤动的栓塞并发症和减少心房颤动的复发。左心耳干预正逐渐成为心房颤动治疗研究中的热点。本文对左心耳干预在心房颤动外科治疗的研究进展做一综述。It is widely believed that thrombus detachment from left atrial appendage（LAA） is closely related to cerebral embolism in patients with the increased risk of stroke in atrial fibrillation（AF） patients. About 30% AF is generated in LAA. Thus, LAA intervention may reduce the thromboembolism and AF recurrence in AF patients. Currently, more and more physicians are interested in LAA intervention for the treatment of AF. This review focuses on research progress of the LAA intervention in surgical treatment of AF.
