电子喉镜下声带良性病变手术治疗的疗效

摘　　要：目的评价电子喉镜下声带良性病变手术治疗的效果。方法回顾性分析电子喉镜下诊断为声带良性病变6731例患者的临床资料。电子喉镜下手术治疗声带小结261例,声带息肉3475例,声带囊肿182例。结果声带小结、声带息肉、声带囊肿均以女性多见,其中声带小结以双侧多见,声带息肉和声带囊肿以单侧多见。治疗后1个月随访,电子喉镜下手术治疗声带小结、声带息肉和声带囊肿的有效率分别为96.93%、99.17%和96.70%。结论电子喉镜下手术是治愈声带良性病变有效、方便、快捷的方法。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of surgical treatment of benign vocal fold diseases under electronic laryngoscope.Methods Data of 6731 patients with benign vocal fold diseases underwent surgery under electronic laryngoscope were retrospectively analyzed,in whom 261 patients with vocal fold nodules,3475 patients with vocal fold ployps and 182 patients with vocal fold cysts accepted sugical treatment under electronic laryngoscope.Results The vocal fold nodules,polyps and cysts were all seen mostly in female,of which the vocal fold nodules were more on both sides,but polyps and cysts were more on the one side of the vocal folds.The effectiveness rates for vocal fold nodules,polyps and cysts one month after surgery under electronic laryngoscope were 96.93%,99.17% and 96.70%,respectively.Conclusion Surgical treatment under electronic laryngoscope is an effective,convenient and quick method to treat benign vocal fold diseases.
