2型糖尿病伴牙周炎糖化血红蛋白与C-反应蛋白的关系

摘　　要：检测89例2型糖尿病伴慢性牙周炎患者血清超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)水平,并按Hb A1c水平分为≥7.0%组及<7.0%组。Hb A1c≥7.0%组的2型糖尿病伴慢性牙周炎患者hs-CRP及探诊深度(PD)、附着丧失(AL)均显著高于<7.0%组(P<0.01),2型糖尿病伴慢性牙周炎患者hs-CRP与牙周炎的严重程度呈显著正相关。Serum high sensitivity C-reactive protein（hs-CRP）and glycosylated hemoglobin（HbA1c ）were detected in 89 type 2 diabetes patients with chronic periodontitis.The patients were divided into HbA1c≥ 7.0% and 〈7.0% groups according HbA1c levels.Serum hs-CRP,probing depth（PD）,attachment loss（AL）in HbA1c ≥ 7.0% group were all significantly higher than those in 〈7.0% group （P 〈0.01 ）,and serum hs-CRP was positively correlation with PD and AL in all patients.In patients with type 2 diabetes,high HbA1c and chron-ic periodontitis serum hs-CRP is positively correlation with periodontal disease.
