Microstructure Refinement of Al-5%Fe Alloy by Compound Treatment of Pulsed Magnetic Filed and Mechanical Vibration

摘  要:以脉冲电压、脉冲频率、模具预热温度及浇注温度为研究因素,对Al-5%Fe合金施加脉冲磁场-机械振动复合处理进行了研究。研究表明,通过控制复合处理参数和凝固条件可有效细化Al-5%Fe合金的凝固组织;A13Fe相由长针状转变为细针状及针点状;在0~250 V范围内,随脉冲电压的增加,A13Fe相呈现先细化后粗化的趋势;在0~5 Hz范围内,随脉冲频率的增加,A13Fe相逐渐细化;模具预热温度对A13Fe相的尺寸无规律性影响,400℃时细化效果最好;在800~890℃范围内,随浇注温度升高,A13Fe相逐渐粗化。Effects of pulsed magnetic filed and mechanical vibration parameters, such as impulse volta ge, impulse frequency, preheating temperature of mould and pouring temperature on solidification structure of Al-5% Fe alloy were investigated. The results show that the solidification structures of alloy can be refined effectively by controlling compound treatment parameters and solidification conditions. Al3 Fe phase is transformed from long coarse strip to fine needle. In the range of 0~250 V, A13 Fe phase refines at first and then coarsens with the increase of impulse voltage. With the increase of impulse frequency in the range of 0~5 Hz, A13 Fe phase refines. The mould preheating temperature has no regular effect on A13 Fe phase size, when the mold temperature is 400 ℃, the refinement effect is the best. In the range of 800~890 ℃,A13 Fe phase is coarsened with the increase of pouring temperature.
